Terms of Use for OhHi Cards

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OhHi on your personal mobile devices. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

2. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you create and share using the app, including text, drawings, signatures, and videos. You agree not to upload or share anything illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.

We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and use your content as necessary to operate the app.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

OhHi offers in-app purchases and optional subscriptions. Payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android). All purchases are subject to their terms and conditions.

We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases unless required by law or platform policy.

4. Termination

You may stop using OhHi at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Disclaimers

We provide OhHi “as is” and without warranties. We’re not liable for any damages that result from your use of the app, unless required by law.

7. External Services

The app relies on third-party services to function properly, including analytics services, cloud infrastructure providers, and payment processors. These may include Microsoft Clarity, Supabase, Apple App Store, and Google Play. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external services.

8. Updates & Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & International Use

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access OhHi from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
